BXB plate heat exchanger is mainly made of aluminum foil (or stainless steel foil), with two streams of air separated by aluminum foil and flowing in opposite directions. When there is a temperature difference, heat transfer occurs, achieving energy recovery. By using BXB plate heat exchanger, the heat in the exhaust can be utilized to preheat the fresh air, thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation.

Plate type air-to-air heat exchangers can use various materials such as stainless steel foil/hydrophilic aluminum foil/ABS/epoxy aluminum foil/polymer PP, which are suitable for different environmental temperatures. Among them, the stainless steel plate type waste heat recovery heat exchanger exchanges heat between high-temperature exhaust gas and fresh air, uses the high-temperature pre-treatment of exhaust gas to increase the temperature of the incoming air, and can also dry raw and auxiliary materials to achieve energy recovery. The cross flow core adopts a unique point surface combination sealing process, which has a long service life, high temperature conductivity, no permeation, and no secondary pollution caused by exhaust permeation.
